This document was created to engage prospective customers with the Xcellerex FlexFactory concept, exposing readers to the company’s technology, services, solutions and the benefits thereof. This was part of a successful lead generation campaign, and was accompanied by print and online ads and promotion. An example of a campaign advertisement is also provided below.
I conceived and executed all parts of this program, including strategy, writing, layout, placement, and lead follow-up.
Xcellerex introduced a new manufacturing concept where they would serve as a short-term CMO to commission manufacturing of a biologic, eventually transferring the manufacturing line to the customer’s facility. I branded this concept “BridgeSourcing” to reflect its hybrid of outsourcing with a bridge to bringing the production inhouse. This document was created to engage prospective customers with the BridgeSourcing concept. This was part of a successful lead generation campaign, and was accompanied by print and online ads and promotion. An example of a campaign advertisement is also provided below.

This is a near-final draft of an article prepared with the Natrix technical team for publication in BioPharm International. This article was drafted initially by a team of Natrix scientists. I rewrote sections and edited the article to make the overall voice more consistent, as parts were originally written by different authors.
BioPharm International Article: Achieving intensification and flexibility in virus purification
This article appeared in BioProcess International magazine in May 2012 under the byline of Natrix’s VP of Business Development. I collected input from Natrix’s management and technical teams and conceived and drafted the article for submission. With limited performance data available for the Natrix products, the article emphasized positioning the company’s technology and provided some evidence of its ability to deliver on its promises.
This article appeared in Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News in October 2016. It was initially drafted by a novice Natrix product manager with input from applications scientists. I rewrote much of the article and edited the article to make the overall voice more consistent, as parts were originally written by different multilingual authors.
In 2008, as Xcellerex was working to establish adoption of its single-use bioreactors, this paper profiled a successful perfusion application completed with Xcellerex equipment. This was the first known perfusion process completed in a single-use bioreactor. I worked with the Xcellerex product manager to capture details and then wrote the text, generated the figures and created the final document.
